The African Caribbean Union was formed to deliver initiatives that seek to ensure that people of African Caribbean Heritage;
- are able to network and engage with their communities.
- can, if they choose to, by engaging with A.C.U initiatives, remain active in ways that enhance their physical and mental wellbeing, throughout the course of their life.
The African Caribbean Union recognises;
- the role and responsibility of central government in relation to the positive development of the African Caribbean community.
- the role and responsibility of local government in relation to the positive development of the African Caribbean community.
- the impact of racism, isolation and marginalisation.
